Ο Suharsan μίλησε στα σύνορα και μετά από μια πλήρη εμβάπτιση, φαινόταν, έσπασε τον εαυτό του.
The Gujarat Titans (GT) might be in massive trouble. Their best batter of the Indian Premier League (IPL) 2025 season, Sai Sudharsan, has suffered an injury. The southpaw, while fielding against the Mumbai Indians (MI) at the Narendra Modi Stadium, seems to have hurt himself and had to leave the field with the help of the GT support staff.
In the 9th over of the second innings, Sudharsan tried to save a boundary while being stationed at deep backward square leg. He ran towards long leg and put in a full dive. But couldn’t come close to the ball.
Sai Sudharsan injured?
No one fussed about his effort, but seconds after the ball reached the boundary, Sudharsan was seen wincing in pain. The opener grabbed his left hamstring. It didn’t look like he twisted his leg or got stuck in the outfield, and one assumed that it might be cramps.
Sudharsan had batted until the 18th over in the first innings and already had some miles in the leg. He fielded for 9 overs as well. It is possible that he just suffered a cramp. But usually one doesn’t need that much help to walk off the field. GT would hope that Sudharsan hasn’t been seriously injured and can play the remaining 12 group stage matches in the IPL 2025 season.
Although GT have played just 2 matches so far, he has easily been their best batter. He was their top scorer against the Punjab Kings and now against MI as well. Not only has he been anchoring them, but he has also been doing so at a rapid pace.
